- Roasted Barley (1.00 lb)
- Caramel Malt - 80L 6-Row (0.75 lbs)
- Chocolate (0.75 lbs)
- Caramel/Crystal Malt (0.50 lbs)
- Special B Malt (0.25 lbs)
Hops:
- Pearle AA 7.80 % (2.0 oz, 60 minutes)
- Fuggle (1oz, dry hop)
Other:
- Cloves (1.0 tsp, 15 min)
- Alspice (2.0 tsp, 15 min)
- Sweet Orange Peel (3 oz, 45 min)
- Cinnamon Stick (1 stick, 45 min)
- Ginger Root (3 oz, 45 min)
Yeast:
- Belgian Strong Ale (Wyeast 1388) reused from Home Skillet Scotch Ale
