A recipe based on the Mad Fermentationist's No Boil Recipe
Fermentables:
- German Pilsner (12 lbs)
- Wheat Malt (8 lb)
Hops:
- Willamette (0.25 oz Boil 10 minutes)
Yeast:
- Lactobacillus (Wyeast 5335) at 100 degrees for 2-3 days
- Safale US-05 (Fermentis)
