Parti-gyle ale from Mini Me Belgian Ale
- Left overs from the first mash of Mini Me Belgian Ale.
- 2 cups of corn sugar add to the mash.
- Cascade Hops (2oz Boil 60 minutes)
- Armarillo Hops (1oz Boil 10 minutes)
- American Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1056)
- Mashed for 90 minutes instead of the normal 60 minutes.
