Parti-gyle ale from Mini Me Belgian Ale

Fermatables:

  • Left overs from the first mash of Mini Me Belgian Ale.
  • 2 cups of corn sugar add to the mash.

Hops:

  • Cascade Hops (2oz Boil 60 minutes)
  • Armarillo Hops (1oz Boil 10 minutes)

Yeast:

  • American Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1056)

Notes:

  • Mashed for 90 minutes instead of the normal 60 minutes.
