• 4.5 lb. White Wheat Malt
• 1 lb. Flaked Oats

Hops:

• Hallertau hops (2.4 AAUs) (1 oz Boil 60 minutes)
• Valencia (sweet) orange peel (3 oz Boil 10 minutes)
• Coriander (1.5 tsp Boil 10 minutes)

Yeast:

• American Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1056)
