Original Gravity : 1.060

Fermatables:

  • Amber Malt Extract (8 lbs)
  • Blackberry Puree (3 lbs)

Hops:

  • Cascade (1 oz Boil 60 minutes)
  • Amarillo Hops (1 oz Boil 1 minutes)

Yeast:

  • American Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1056)

Notes:

  • Not our finest work but not bad
  • Rough finish probably because of the puree didn't have time to settle
