- 2lbs Cherries / gallon (post-barrel aging)
- Chinook (1 oz Boil 60 minutes)
- Chinook (1 oz Boil 10 minutes)
- Amarillo Hops (3 oz Dry Hop)
- American Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1056)
Aged in a Whiskey Barrel for 2 months and then re-fermented with cherries for another month.
Results in a smooth amber with whiskey, wood, and cherry undertones.
