  • German Pilsner (12 lbs)
  • Wheat Malt (8 lb)


  • Willamette (0.25 oz Boil 10 minutes)


  • Lactobacillus (Wyeast 5335) at 100 degrees for 2-3 days
  • Safale US-05 (Fermentis)
