- German Pilsner (14 lbs)
- Flaked Wheat (5 lbs)
- Wheat Malt (1 lb)
- Willamette (0.25 oz Boil 60 minutes)
- Belgian Lambic Blend (Wyeast 1056)
Racked directly into 4th use barrel that was rinsed previously.
