Grand Prismatic Lambic

A lambic recipe based on the Mad Fermentationist's Lambic Recipe

OG: 9 Plato

Fermentables:

  • German Pilsner (14 lbs)
  • Flaked Wheat (5 lbs)
  • Wheat Malt (1 lb)

Hops:

  • Willamette (0.25 oz Boil 60 minutes)

Yeast:

  • Belgian Lambic Blend (Wyeast 1056)

Notes:

Racked directly into 4th use barrel that was rinsed previously.
